Sutton Kersh July auction hits 100 lots
Sutton Kersh has a tonne of sites and premises for sale at its next property auction due to take place at the Liverpool Marriott Hotel on Thursday 17 July.
Among the highlights is a vacant three-bedroom extended semi-detached property on Blackmoor Drive, with double glazing, central heating and front and rear gardens. The guide price is £110,000.
Elsewhere, a vacant three-bedroom semi-detached in Ormskirk is guided at £100,000 to £110,000. The property on Burscough Road is a short distance from Ormskirk town centre, within an established residential location, with views over open countryside.
Cathy Holt, auction manager at Sutton Kersh, said: "Both these highlighted lots offer bags of potential for the successful bidder. Following refurbishment they will be suitable for occupation, investment or resale purposes, which I am sure will be reflected in the interest they generate."
Other lots include a part-let mixed use investment in Sankey Street, which currently produces annual rental income of £106,920, which could increase to over £160,000 when fully let. The guide price is £1.25m to £1.3m.
