Trio of tenants secured at Eden Point
Canning O’Neill and Williams Sillitoe, acting on behalf of Bridge Properties, have secured three tenants for the recently refurbished office scheme off the A34 in South Manchester and are close to signing two more deals.
Computer consultancy company WebQuarters Group, educational technology company JTRS, and dentistry company Clear Orthodontics agreed to lease 6,000 sq ft at the Eden Point business park near Cheadle. The quoted rental price is £19.50/sq ft.
Eden Point is 31,000 sq ft, and the remaining space is offered in suites ranging from 200 sq ft to 3,300 sq ft.
Paul McCann, co-founder of Bridge Properties, said: “The building was one of the first in South Manchester to go for a boutique ‘fully exposed’ services look and feel, which has been very well received by occupiers.
“We have also launched Eat@Eden Café Restaurant on the ground floor, which has proved very popular with the tenants offering fresh food and drinks and a great place to meet.”
James Dickinson, director at Canning O’Neill, said: “We have recently instructed solicitors on another two deals so hope to make further announcements soon.”
