Victoria’s Secret in at Liverpool ONE

Grosvenor Fund Management has signed lingerie retailer Victoria’s Secret and its sister brand, Victoria’s Secret PINK, to open a 10,000 sq ft store on Liverpool ONE’s lower South John Street.

Work to create the store, which involves combining a number of standard sized units, begins in the New Year, with the brands making their Liverpool debut in summer 2016.

To accommodate Victoria’s Secret and Victoria’s Secret PINK, Grosvenor will relocate Ann Summers and Card Factory to new stores of 3,675 sq ft and 3,058 sq ft respectively in South John Street.

In the last 12 months, Michael Kors has chosen Liverpool ONE’s Peter’s Lane for its second store outside London, coinciding with the opening of Zara’s 27,000 sq ft two-floor flagship on South John Street. In addition, Hugo Boss has upsized, and both UGG and SuperTrash have launched boutiques, the latter taking its first store outside the West End.
