VIDEO | Sneak peek of Tungsten’s nearly 500,000 sq ft Merseyside shed

Arc Royal is due to complete in November. Place visited this summer to get a sense of what the large-scale logistics facility will look like when finished – and the impact it will have on the Merseyside industrial scene.

Arc Royal is more than just a 494, 750 sq ft shed – it also has 10 acres of open storage land attached to it. Situated off Campbelltown Road in Birkenhead, Arc Royal is located just off the River Mersey and within easy access to the Kingsway Tunnel and M53.

The building has already claimed a BREEAM Excellent rating.

Developed by Tungsten Properties and funded by Tristan Capital Partners, Arc Royal has the potential to host 500 full-time jobs and contribute nearly £23m a year to the local economy.

Colliers and Moriarty & Company are the joint agents for the project, which was designed by HTC Architects.
