White City signs Home Bargains

Home Bargains has agreed to take a 14,000 sq ft unit within Derwent Group’s White City Retail Park in Trafford, Manchester, on a 15-year lease.

Due to open just after Easter 2016, Home Bargains follows the recent 12,000 sq ft letting to M&S Foodhall.

Tenants located at the park include Currys, Dreams, Furniture Village, Halfords, Sofaworks, SCS and Costa. Derwent said it is also in negotiations with further tenants.

White City has recently undergone a £10m refurbishment, completed by Russells Construction to provide an additional 56,000 sq ft of units.

The retail park is on Chester Road in Trafford, and totals 210,570 sq ft of retail space and 658 car parking spaces.
