Wigan’s Greenbank Industrial Park fills up

Rinus Roofing has taken a 10-year lease on a 6,250 sq ft unit at the site in Hindley, leaving one warehouse remaining of just under 6,000 sq ft.
The roofing company has 20 branches across the UK and the Wigan site is their latest in a countrywide expansion drive.
The company is paying £42,000 per year for the unit, which fronts on to Atherton Road, around three miles east of Wigan and near Junction 23 of the M6. The park is also home to an Aldi store and a Tesco Express, and the final warehouse of 5,725 sq ft is still available.
