Zerum hires Goodwin Construction project lead
Zerum has hired Goodwin Construction’s head of projects Richard Kelly as a senior project manager, where he will work alongside Shaun Taylor on the delivery of St Michael’s in Manchester.
Kelly started his new role this month having joined from Goodwin, and his previous jobs include a development management role at Select Property, and at Mace as a project manager in the consultant’s Manchester team.
At Zerum, Kelly will work on the St Michael’s scheme, where Zerum is acting as project manager. The £200m project, designed by Hodder + Partners and backed by ex-footballers Gary Neville, Ryan Giggs, Manchester City Council, developer Brendan Flood, Singaporean funder Rowsley, and Beijing Construction Engineering Group.
Kelly will work alongside fellow Select Property alumnus Shaun Taylor on the scheme; Taylor joined Zerum from Select in June last year as projects director.

Earlier this month, planner Stephen Gill left Zerum to join GVA How after around 11 months with the company.
